The Servants on Christ’s Mission Matrix is a guiding framework that integrates the Church’s mission with a practical structure for ministry and outreach. It is built upon two key components: Domains and Stewardship Pillars. The Domains represent the areas of ministry focus,   Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship, Social Service, Development & Communications, Vocation & Clergy Support, and Infrastructure, each essential to fulfilling the Church’s pastoral and operational mission. Supporting and enriching each domain are the Stewardship Pillars of Hospitality, Prayer, Formation, and Service. These pillars anchor each ministry in a spirit of hospitality, prayer, ongoing formation, and service.
